This wine is a blend of 92.6% Castelao, 2.4% Tinta Francisca, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine was agwed for 14 months in small French oak barrels. The total acidity is 5.7 grammes per litre as tartaric acid and the pH is 3.75.
